Science & Policy Exchange (SPE) is organizing an interactive science diplomacy simulation with a opportunity to develop your knowledge & skills through a real-world policy discussion scenario and exposing them to the complexities of policy development involving multiple stakeholders.

About the Event
Come join us in this Arctic simulation along with the International Institute for Applied System Analysis (IIASA), the Institute for Science, Society and Policy (ISSP) and the National Research Council (NRC).
Through an immersive virtual platform developed by our collaborators at the Centre for Systems Solutions (CRS) you will be able to develop your skills and knowledge in a real-world policy discussion while facing global challenges and the policy development process along with multiple stakeholders and countries.
The event will consist of a 4h-policy simulation based on an Arctic case study. Followed by a keynote presentation by Dr. Monica Gattinger, Director, ISSP and Chair, Positive Energy, uOttawa. We will then end the evening with a virtual networking session.
